Our training programs are designed for dancers who are serious about growth. Rooted in street dance culture, we prioritize foundation, groove, and performance to build well-rounded, confident artists prepared for both stage and community.
foundations & freestyle
Grooves & Foundation Training is a mandatory class for all dancers in our training program. This class builds essential street dance foundations through rhythm, bounce, and groove while developing musicality, coordination, and body awareness. A strong understanding of groove is fundamental to choreography, freestyle, and performance, making this class a required part of dancer development.

Intermediate / Advanced Choreography Training
This Intermediate/Advanced Choreography class is designed for dancers ready to push beyond fundamentals and train at a professional level. Classes focus on complex choreography, performance quality, musicality, and execution. Dancers will be challenged to move with intention, confidence, and versatility while refining their presence as performers.

beginner / intermediate Training
Perfect for dancers transitioning from beginner to intermediate level, this class introduces choreography rooted in street dance foundations. Training emphasizes groove, timing, texture, and clarity while encouraging dancers to explore performance and personal style in a supportive environment.

THE MASSES VARSITY

MASSES Varsity Program is our competitive performance team for high school students who are ready to train, perform, and compete at a high level. Through focused technique, choreography, teamwork, and stage experience, Varsity dancers will represent MASSES at competitions throughout the season while building confidence, discipline, and versatility as performers.

MASSES Kids is our recreational dance program for kids who want to learn, grow, and have fun in a supportive environment. Designed for young dancers of all skill levels, the program focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, creativity, and a love for dance through engaging classes and exciting performances—without the commitment of competitions.
